How long will my goods take to arrive?

All products are despatched the same or next day using Royal Mail first class Post. In 95% of cases they arrive the next day but at most it should take 2 days. You will receive an itemised packing slip with your order.

I don't have a credit card but want to place an order how do I do it?

If you wish to order from us and pay by cheque you must first add all you items to basket using our shopping basket system. print it out before completing checkout and send it with your payment to the address given below.  It is advisable to email us the order  details so we can confirm the goods are in stock.  When we receive payment we will email you  and after 5 working days your goods will be despatched

Please make all cheques payable to Branded Cosmetics LTD

If you pay by bankers draft or postal order  you goods will be despatched as soon as the payment is received.
